meats from Weybridge, Vermont farm Duclos & Thompson. Tom Duclos and Lisa Thompson raise their animals with great care and without antibiotics to provide the most flavorful local beef and pork.

Nitty Gritty Grain Company of Charlotte, Vermont started with a conversation across a fence and has grown from there. A short drive from HH in Shoreham, Vt. Shacksbury ciders are made from Lost Apples of the Champlain Valley. By Lost Apples, we mean apples that homesteaders planted for homemade hard cider over 100+ years ago. Colin, David, and the Shacksbury Team, with the help of Michael Lee from Twig Farm and Brad Koehler from Windfall Orchard, forage through cow pastures, meadows, and forests of Vermont to harvest, then press and ferment these apples into a one-of-a-kind ciders.
Smugglers' Notch Distillery® is a father/son partnership in Jeffersonville, Vermont. The distillery was founded in 2006 at the foot of the famed Smugglers' Notch, site of many a clandestine bootlegger's run through this rugged Vermont mountain pass during prohibition. Using the finest ingredients blended with pristine Vermont spring water, Smugglers' make, barrel age, blend, and hand-bottle remarkably distinctive, award winning spirits one small batch at a time.

And that couldn’t be more true of the generosity of Erin and Sanderson Wheeler of The Bobcat Brewery and Cafe who extended their brewery to Ian and Hired Hand Brewing Co. to brew.
